Returns & Refunds Policy

30-Day Returns

We want you to love your Growlzn journal. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition you received it
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unapproved returns may not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

If your order qualified for free shipping, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping cost.

If shipping was paid at checkout, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost once the return request has been approved.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Growlzn will always cover the return shipping costs regardless of the original shipping method.

Return shipping fees may be deducted from the final refund amount where applicable.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at contact@growlzn.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

To help us process the issue faster, please include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Personalised or custom-made products

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before placing your order.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved.


EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must still be:

• Unused
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note that customers may still be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@growlzn.com.
