2. Premium Shipping — Tracked & Protected

Delivery Time: 4–10 business days
Cost: £9.99

Includes:

This is our recommended method for peace of mind.


📍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the UK, US, Canada, Australia, and most international destinations.
Shipping availability may vary by product and region.

📦 Order Tracking

If your shipping method includes tracking, you will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.


🛡️ Delivery Issues (Lost, Damaged, Delayed)

If your package is:

  • Lost

  • Arrives damaged

  • Stuck in transit beyond expected timeframes

You’re protected.

Simply contact us at support@growlzn.com with your order number, and we’ll resolve it quickly—either with a replacement or a refund depending on the situation.

Premium Shipping customers receive priority problem resolution.


❗ Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If an address mistake was made, contact us immediately.
Orders already dispatched cannot be rerouted, and additional fees may apply for reshipping.
